TAE is a company believing in the influence of every person for a better world. The force of this time is effect. To reach the effect, strategic thinking and acting consistently is necessary. We are working with supervisory boards and executive committees for more women in leading positions and diversity. We help to pay these topics a better attention and accompany the realization of strategies and consistent measures. We support women in responsible positions and women in every career level to empower their effect. "We have made it!" - and are convinced that our experience of operative responsibility in exclusive positions will make the process of accompany more effective. From the awareness of connection and with the view for the broader context, results a new design mission and the need for a new way of leading. We are convinced: Women can do it better.
