AIDAF | Italian Family Business was founded in 1997 by Alberto Falck together with a group of entrepreneurs inspired by the same values and today includes 250 family businesses, representing about 16% of the Italian GDP and more than 600 thousands employees. The Association is active in the following areas: - Education and empowerment of the members of family businesses, whether they are or not involved in the operational management of the company - Relations and debate with Italian and European institutions in order to support and maintain a regulatory framework in favor of family businesses, their development and their generational continuity - Experience exchange through meetings end events, developing networking activities between entrepreneurial families – Promotion and communication of AIDAF and its member companies, aimed to reinforcing its positive reputation towards institutions, media, and the general public.
