The Centre functions as a unit of the Methodist Church in India under the Lucknow Regional Conference as a voluntary organization registered under the Societies Registration Act. The management of the Centre is overseen by a Board of Governors, Chairman being the Methodist Bishop of Lucknow. The Centre being a charitable institutions tries to generate its own resources through fees for the sesrvices. The aim is to provide services at an affordable cost. Concession is allowed to patients who are not able to afford the cost of treatment due to their social and economical status. Services are provided to all without any kind of discrimination.
