Vermilion is a multi-faceted Asian-Fusion Restaurant, Bar, Banqueting and Events complex located in Sport City, Manchester. Our facility of outstanding quality was created by Miguel Cancio Martins (Buddha Bar, Paris) and incorporates beautiful design with the utmost practicality. The complex has 6 distinct spaces that can be used for a whole gamma of events (largest hall holding a banqueting capacity of 800) from meeting rooms, networking & social events, product launches, weddings, conferencing, banqueting and dining.
