Lifeline home-based health care is created to bridge the gap between the health care provider and the health care recipient. It is one of the first home-based health care institutions in Ethiopia with a multidisciplinary team consisting of Senior consultants, General practitioners, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Nutritionists, and caregivers. It encompasses various services including wellness package, medical consultation, doctor visit, nursing care, physiotherapy, laboratory service, medical equipment supply, ambulance service and COVID-19 home treatment and follow up.
