CMPFA was established in Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering with purpose as a bridge academic and industry to solve problem with processes related to metallurgy and materials. CMPFA is supported by accredited laboratories under Lab Management System ISO/IEC 17025 and also competent academic staffs as the experts. CMPFA has been providing services to industries since 2005 and keep increasing its competency in becoming problem solving center for industries. CMPFA provides materials testing with ASTM and JIS as referred standards, training with subjects related to metallurgy and materials, and also failure analysis and consultancy and preventive action for similar failure to occur.
