Working from home has recently become a growing global trend meaning that more and more people are slowly abandoning their usual office routine. Thanks to advanced technology, it is no longer necessary to work full time in a fixed office space to be a productive team member. In fact, many work collectives are realizing the benefits of work organization independent of location, as well as the possibility to spend more time at home with their families - which results in a more satisfied employee and consequently leads to greater motivation and efficacy. As the trend of working from home grows, so does the transformation of office spaces. Instead of organizing offices so that each employee has his/her own fixed workplace, there is an increasing need for a flexible work environment.
