Our goal is to serve our existing clients and provide more management services than they were previously doing in-house, or not at all. Many of these customers see the need for construction management services, but don’t want to pay for it or the overhead needed to fund the necessary machines. Seaton Construction does not have the heavy burden of these larger companies. We have made selective hires and made selective software purchases to provide the necessary services and to remain “lean” on our projects.
