Greater Gift’s mission is to highlight the heroic work of clinical trial participation and increase patient engagement in clinical trials by gifting a person in need with a life-saving gift (vaccine or meal), to honor every clinical trial volunteer and every clinical research professional who make medical advancement possible. Through this “greater gift” of a vaccine donation, we can immediately recognize the sacrifices made by clinical trial volunteers while the benefits of their contribution to research will live on for years. By celebrating these volunteers and increasing patient engagement in clinical trials there is an opportunity to make a bigger impact on global health. Since 2010, Greater Gift, along with its partners, donated nearly 140,000 vaccines to people in need, worldwide, to give back and thank the volunteers and professionals who participate in clinical trials. Greater Gift currently donates vaccines through Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, an innovative public-private health organization that provides vaccines for children living in the world’s poorest countries. Greater Gift also donates meals to Feeding America to support those with food insecurities. Greater Gift welcomes inquiries about potential partnerships from all segments of the clinical trials industry, from clinical trial sites, to individual investigators, CRO's and sponsors, as well as health organizations dedicated to advancing global health.
