A.N.F.E. Associazione Nazionale Famiglie Emigrati is a non-profit association founded in 1947, established in Rome, the legal institution recognized by decree of President of the Republic No. 658 of 12 February 1968. A.N.F.E. was born in a historical period marked by significant migration flows leaving Italy, to meet the need for protection of migrants and to assist and support the Italian community in the world, the objectives are linked to these goals and can be summarized as follows: • assist migrants and their families in protecting their rights, • maintain the link between migrants and their families, • organize courses and seminars aimed at national and international cooperation in support of disadvantaged groups; • implement training courses and services Guidance to remove the conditions of unemployment; • informing and raising awareness to remove the forms of social disadvantage, • promote the development of cooperation on cultural issues, communication, rural development and environmentally sustainable. In addition to these objectives, the ANFE, and in particular the Regional Delegation Sicily, is devoting more and more efforts to promote social integration and cultural work and the inclusion of immigrants.
