TMA Romania is the Romanian Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), the only international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management. The TMA’s international headquarters is in Chicago, and there are 49 regional Chapters worldwide. The Turnaround Management Association was founded in the USA in 1988. Today more than 9,300 TMA members comprise a worldwide professional community of turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, investors, lenders, venture capitalists, appraisers, liquidators, executive recruiters and consultants, as well as academic and government employees. TMA’s mission is to serve as a forum for corporate renewal professionals from all disciplines to promote high standards of practice, foster professional development and enhance the image of TMA members. TMA Romania seeks to enhance the cooperation between its members by offering them an exchange platform for their professional needs as well as by regular networking events.
