Cannon Capital Developments was established in 2017 to lead and deliver projects of its own, in joint ventures or on behalf of third parties. Collectively the executive team has more than 100 years of development experience, delivering successful outcomes for a diverse range of clients and investors. Cannon has already been appointed as Development Manager for the Mapeley HMRC portfolio and has identified opportunities across the UK’s regions to maximise its redevelopment value. Future uses will include office, hotels, residential, senior living and retail. We also undertake our own wholly owned developments which regenerate with striking design and excellent build quality. We are actively seeking new development sites as well as joint venture and development management opportunities.
