Searching for Solutions is an educational nonprofit organization with the mission of empowering local BIPOC youth with the tools to develop intellectual curiosity and cultural self-confidence. Founded in 2020, our team of problem solvers operates under the belief that “It only takes one idea, one second in time, one relationship, one dream, one leap of faith, to change everything, forever.” Our goal is to enfranchise the individual learner with the capacity to dream, beginning to lift the weight of the inequities and injustices embedded in our nation’s education system.
