Hi I'm Colette! I initially created Inspired By Colette as a helping tool in the pandemic and lockdowns, but I've since seen that it has grown to be so much more. There is such a cry for help with mental health services, as it's becoming increasingly hard to access with the added pressure on the NHS from Covid. I can provide help to anyone suffering with anxiety, depression, isolation, worry, lockdown fatigue and everything in between. I am a fully qualified and certified Neuro Lingustic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, so you can be assured of a professional service using approved techniques that work! I especially want to help men feel better about themselves, as I feel a lot of Life coaching is aimed at women. As a girl with many male friends, I can see the effects of mental health on men and the damage it can do if just ignored, so coaching for men is one of my specialties. I also have many women clients too - so girls you're not being excluded! I'd never have considered life coaching before the pandemic, and now I don't know what i'd do without it (Life coaches need life coaching too!).
