Delivering a force of up to 2.5 tonnes per square centimetre in a <3mm gap of ThinJack area. Powerfully drawing rusty studs or bolts through their holes, without destroying or damaging flange components. It is a rigless and craneless service which can achieve sideways or angular separation. Improves operational efficiency safely and minimises downtime for separations with little or zero human involvement. Separates the flange evenly, minimising the likelihood of jamming studs or bolts on the inside of the bolt holes. Proactively avoids high risk techniques by up front planning.
