COMMUNITY BROADCAST INITIATIVE TYNESIDE LTD was created in 2004 with originally one goal in mind: To develop a community radio station based in Newcastle, the founders of the group set out to expand the ears of the public and COMMUNITY BROADCAST INITIATIVE TYNESIDE LTD has worked hard across the years to keep this legacy alive. Under the new directorship of Neil Kipling it now has expanded goals: Grow and expand the rebranded FM station Nova Radio North East 102.5fm. Embracing all platform types, attend local events, support local music, support local sport, support local news. Support other online north east based media to strengthen local community media across the region.
