Mythiksha is an upskilling platform that helps candidates in Bharat pick up skills needed by the formal economy, and get a job. Our unique online plus offline training and education program focuses heavily on projects, industry assignments and apprenticeships. Our vision is to ensure that candidates with caliber, but lack of opportunities, are able to compete on a global level. We also provide resume and interview preparation guidance as part of our offering, and hand hold the candidates until they get placed. The candidates pay a token amount upfront, and rest of the course fee is recovered by an income share agreement capped to the course fee. The partner companies do not have to pay any fee for recruiting.
