Girls on the Run Utah is a positive youth development program for 3rd-8th grade girls. Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. This after-school program combines training for a 3.1 mile running event with self-esteem lessons and uplifting workouts. The goal of the program is to encourage positive emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physical development.
