Founded in 1993 with roots as a pure Design/Builder, we have since expanded to provide traditional Architectural services, pre-construction analysis, construction administration and consulting, all within a complete range of project development alternatives. DCi was born from the desire to offer a true link between Design and Construction that would fortify the Clients’ objectives into a singularly focused concept. As depicted by our logo, each project represents a balance of three main concepts: cost, quality and schedule. With each individual project, we pinpoint our client’s preferences and maximize value by balancing these three concepts. Intensely collaborative, our design team then evaluates all project decisions through this lens.
