Identified as a prime vineyard location with perfect soil and south facing slopes, Graham Smith-Bernal the owner of Newsells Park Stud has planted 11 hectares with 3 different grape varieties (pinot noir, meunier and chardonnay). Our first English Sparkling Wine is named after the Mare in a Million "Shastye". Shastye generated over £15 million from sales of her progeny at public auction. 4 have gone on to be Group winners.
