Vartek LLC assets and Building have been purchased by American Vinyl Company a United States manufacturer of plastic profiles, hose and tubing established in 2002. The 80,000 sq ft. plant will remain in Tampa and manufacture hose and tubing serving the Agricultural, Industrial, Irrigation, Pool, Hot Tub, & Waterscape Industries. The Hialeah facility will continue to manufacture precision extruded profiles as well as hose and tubing. Our customers are located in North America and various locations abroad.
