Upstream Bears came about for a few simple reasons – we recognised that the Queensland market lacked the depth of data, BI skills and experience needed to deliver real capability and change. The team come from a diverse range of backgrounds such as BI Managers, Reporting and Analytics specialists, Project Managers and Management Consultants sourced from Tier 1 consultancies and some of Australia's biggest companies. We hold decades of experience and see the value of a small local team working closely with our partners to deliver data projects.
