Placement Potential is a not-for-profit Adapted Enterprise whose mission is to provide remunerative employment to persons with disabilities (physical, intellectual or mental health) that are obstacles to their full integration in the regular workforce. Subsidized by Emploi-Quebec, there are 50 Adapted Enterprises in Quebec employing nearly 5000 persons, over 3500 of them with disabilites. Located in Montreal's West Island, Placement Potential currently has 80 employees working either in its janitorial division or through our employment agency.
