Our mantra is ‘we rise by lifting others’. It was founded from a desire to see young African women thrive and confidently take on leadership positions across the African continent. Giving them the support and guidance through each of our pillars listed below is of paramount importance in order for females to unleash their full potential, to take on leadership positions and contribute positively to the economic development of the continent as a whole. Through its 5 pillars, When Females Lead is contributing positively to the UN Sustainable Development Goals!
