As Specialist Commercial Building Main Contractor we provide a full range of property services meeting the refurbishment, relocation, fit-out, churn (moves & changes) and maintenance requirements of our Clients’ commercial office, leisure, industrial, Pharmaceutical, high end residential and retail premises. Our breadth of experience ranges from 1,000 to 300,000 sq. ft contracts, with project values ranging from £10,000 to £3,000,000 within our Projects Group. We also have a experienced Special Works team specifically organised to deal with the more intricate or day to day requirements of Clients and smaller projects. Our focus on Client relationships means that we specifically seek opportunities either to be involved initially in Clients’ smaller projects; moving on to more significant contracts as the relationship of trust and confidence develops. Alternatively, we are often appointed to deliver full-scale fit-outs and then continue our relationship by providing medium to long-term, ‘moves-and-churn’ style follow-up.
