I understand the laws affecting students with disabilities in Michigan, how to apply those laws and I work to ensure that the student's needs are met. I enjoy working with families and educators to help determine the needs of the student. I have a high interest and focus on behavior, data and positive outcomes. When we all work as a team and leave egos out of the mix, the student is the one who "wins"--and, after all, isn't that the point?
