Chesapeake Bay Snacks (CBS) is a Baltimore-based snack food company that manufacturers, wholesales, and retails snack foods. CBS acquired the Koldkiss brand in 2020, and plans to continue the Koldkiss snowball tradition that began in 1980. The Koldkiss brand includes over 80 flavors of snow cone/snowball syrups; a range of dessert toppings including chocolate and caramel sauces; marshmallow creme; and ice shaver machines. We also distribute other brands’ products, including Novelty ice cream cones, Dell’s maraschino cherries, Cloverland Farms ice cream mix, and Kerry Select sprinkles. We sell these items on-line at chesapeakebaysnacks.com and via wholesale and retail at our Baltimore warehouse. CBS recently launched new business lines, including B.More Syrups, a premium coffee syrup line; Koldkiss branded Bar Mixers and Pancake Syrup; and Spicy Guys, a spiced pretzel company.
