The Leader Ship is a challenging four stage leadership development programme centred around a day sailing. The programme is intended for professionals and leaders of all levels who want to learn how to lead themselves, their teams and businesses to significantly greater success. This co-created learning experience attracts mature-minded and motivated people from a wide range of industries. Whilst there are no formal course prerequisites, our programme is suited to those in (or aspiring to) a leadership role within business.
