Tracey Betts-Allen, founder and owner of Tracey.Osteo, is a keen sportsperson and is currently 'on loan' from the Financial Services industry, where she spent 16 years working in highly-pressurized environments. This experience fuelled her enthusiasm for Osteopathic treatment, which she found to be highly beneficial in order to stay on top of the mental and physical demands of her lifestyle.
