Experience Music From The Inside. Austin’s Arlyn Studios and Willie Nelson announce a new television series, Inside Arlyn. Inside Arlyn is a carefully crafted and curated musical experience that captures the spirit of the legendary Austin, Texas recording studio and puts it on display for the world to see. The iconic Nelson will host the series, and invite artists he admires and respects to join him in the intimate studio setting of Arlyn’s Family Room to create unique performance events for a small invited audience. The pilot episodes will be filmed in Fall 2014 with Willie hosting Merle Haggard and Gary Clark, Jr. The hour-long shows will also include behind the scenes footage, conversations between the artists, and fly on the wall rehearsal footage. Arlyn Studios is an integral part of Austin’s rich music history and is known as Austin’s premier recording facility. It occupies the former Austin Opera House and has attracted many music legends including Stevie Ray Vaughn, Buddy Guy, Bonnie Raitt, and Sublime over the years.
