U.I.D Development Inc is a Toronto-based high-rise developer. Established in 2012, UID has been committed to establish its role in real estate market. Our most recent development has been successfully completed in 2013 on 18 James St, Waterloo, providing housing for up to 150 students. A current high-rise development project consisting of two towers; 22 storey and 12 storey respectively, is now under construction on King St next to Uptown Waterloo and University District.
