Our mission is to help companies understand and manage their potential legal and business risk both domestically and worldwide, with a dedicated focus on proactive counseling that seeks to mitigate the chances that a client will have negative exposure to adverse regulations. Operating on an “outsourced” basis (i.e. independent contractors to minimize overheads) but with a presence in New York, London, Miami, Washington and (newly) Los Angeles, FRCS employs principals who average 23 years of professional experience and consists of former regulators and compliance officers, senior US government officials, federal and state prosecutors and law enforcement personnel, forensic accountants, and CPAs who have extensive experience with a range of investigative and compliance issues.
