Foundation for Precision Medicine provides a platform of convergence, where healthcare stakeholders, including patients and families, providers, payors, academic institutions, pharmacies, genetic laboratories and other groups or individuals, would engage, share data, contribute and co-develop insights that could be used for developing solutions that would enable recommending the right treatment or drug or care for the right patient at the right time. The purpose of the Foundation is to promote, advance, and disseminate information and knowledge related to personalizing or individualizing medicine. This shall be primarily achieved through collaborative research and development in descriptive and predictive analytics, statistical analysis and machine learning, pharmacogenetics, molecular medicine, biotechnology and other sciences relevant to the advancement of medicine and healthcare delivery.
