Arthur completed trade school in 1968 and has held numerous technical roles in electrical companies, leading to a senior management role as manager of delta electric and Vice President of Operations for Phase Electric. Anna Donovan is also a co-owner of Donovan Associates, and focuses on chief administrative task including payroll-accounts, accounts receivable and customer relations. Troy Donovan is Vice President of operations and has been with the company since 1997.
