Ascendchc specializes in comprehensive treatment for eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating; weight difficulties, including obesity and weight instability; chemical dependency and binge drinking; stress management; anxiety, depression, and mood disorders; procrastination; grief; navigating relationships; and, adjustment and coping. The team at Ascendchc approaches behavioral health from a multidisciplinary perspective, focusing on the whole person and not merely the presenting symptoms. The disciplines include traditional individual and group therapy, nutrition, and, among others, exercise. Ascend offers intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) that allow participants to stay in school or at work while making their way back to better emotional and physical health.
