It's a technology-driven company focusing on the following chemical technologies. 1: POLYESTER PROCESS: It's the simplest process ever developed in polyester manufacturing industries: Benefits are: i) Milder process conditions - reaction temp: 60- 80oC and process time 12-14 hrs. ii) No metal catalyst involved - no contamination of polyesters by metals. iii) Biphasic solvent system - the water stays in one layer and the product separates from the solvent layer. iv) Easy separation of highly pure/clean polyester from the process and no need to remove water, v) No iner gas or vacuum needed for the process to complete. Solvent can be reused after removal of water produced during the process. 2: Flame Retardant - FR (Halogen and Phosphorous free) additives: Our FR additives are completely free from both halogen and phosphorous. In addition to that our FR additive is a multifunctional. It act as a flame controller, helps to react with side A of the PU foam formulation and produces polyurethane and polyurea and also it help to expand the foam by in-situ producing N2 and CO2. 3: Light Curing Materials: we have technologies available on light-curable resins (oligomers) that mainly urethane acrylate based chemistry. Also, we have developed various UV/LED curable adhesives, coatings, encapsulants, potting compounds and more. LCM chemistry and their formulations are fully developed at SK Resins and available of licensing. 5. We also do consulting in polyester, polyurethane, LCM technologies.
