I help organizations improve performance through the Baldrige process which includes researching, writing, and/or supporting the development of quality award applications, providing feedback of those applications, and working with senior leaders to identify, prioritize, and address opportunities for improvement. I have worked with five Baldrige Award winners, more than a dozen state quality award recipients, and more than 50 organizations that have used Baldrige to improve. In addition, I've written four books that explore the Baldrige model, developed a Baldrige case study for Honeywell, and served as a Master Examiner for the AHCA Quality Award program. As a freelance business writer for more than 35 years, I have written a variety of corporate communications including corporate histories, newsletters, blog content, annual reports, and video scripts.
