Kapisanan Philippine Centre for Arts & Culture is a multiple award-winning, charitable community organization based in Toronto. We create a safe space for Filipino-Canadian youth, both second generation and newcomers, to overcome multiple barriers that prevent them from meaningful engagement in society.
