Welcome to our online community that inspires and supplies tools to encourage a higher level of consciousness in the workplace and beyond. There is an overwhelmingly large amount of resources out there for us to consider, in regards to stress management, spirituality, consciousness, and healthy workplace habits, but I have been yearning for one centralized forum that consists of all of those topics, directed solely to our community — a community of ambitious individuals who love what they do and are simply in need of some clarity as to how to lead a healthier and more conscious life, without needing to sacrifice what they’ve worked so hard to achieve, thus far. There is no need to choose one side of the spectrum, though sometimes it feels so tempting these days to just throw in the towel and move to the furthest mountaintop! Believe me, I get it. But there is a middle ground, and I’m so excited to provide this forum for us all to explore it together!
