As a 501(c)3, the Center for Equity Education provides a wide range of affordable services, including: • Consulting, coaching, policy assistance and compliance reviews of all harassment and discrimination policies, DEI&A statements and policies, recruitment and retention strategies, and long-term DEI&A strategies. • Investigative, decision making, and services related to Title VI, VII, IX and other civil rights laws. • Provide advocacy services for individuals involved in a grievance process. • Training for: o Americans with Disabilities Act o Appeals o Consent o Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility o Discrimination and harassment o Level 1 and Level 2 Title IX o Title IX coordinators o Title IX decisionmakers o Military sexual harassment o Sexual harassment
