Rooted and inspired by Tottenham, Palm Trees & Dreams curates collectors items from the UK, Italy, and Japan and re-sells to the growing number of conscious buyers worldwide. It’s first photo shoot (all shot on film) took place at Broadwater Farm Estate with first time local models. The socially conscious brand has been intentional about giving opportunities to young men from Tottenham who otherwise may have not been given the chance to model, co-create, and carve out a career pathway. Founder Jordan Wilkins, formerly ran a digital marketing agency in Hong Kong working with the likes of artists and brands such as Lauryn Hill, and Warner Music before the 2019 youth led protests. Having covered and documented much of the protests Jordan has since had to leave the former British colony and find reprieve in Tottenham. Palm Trees & Dreams aims to give young people in Tottenham opportunities, serve the community and explore what inheritance means.
