The demand for organic milk, meat from grazing cattle and free-range eggs has been growing strongly for several years. But for leather, there is no possibility of obtaining it from good sources. We have founded a company to change this. At Traceable Leather, we want to increase the transparency of the leather supply chain. Following the slogan "The future of leather is on grass", we build and manage local value chains for leather. We only use the hides from cattle, kid, goat and sheep that have been treated with respect and have spent their lives on a regenerative, organic or other sustainable farm. Together with farmers, processing partners, the leather industry and designers, we are developing the most sustainable, transparent products that tell the story of nature.
