We specialize in the delivery of new lines, substation projects, as well as ongoing maintenance for both utilities and plant sites. In 2019, Rivard Enterprises was purchased by Java Holdings Ltd, and in 2022 was brought under the Victor Energy banner. Java Holdings is a family-owned and operated investments and management business based out of Edmonton, AB.
