J&M Lab Consulting started in 2009 as a husband and wife team in Austin, Texas. We were doing occasional client work and, after business started to pick up, decided to make it official. Since then, we’ve been helping small businesses, artists, non-profits, and other organizations establish themselves on the web, attract more customers, and grow their businesses. We have over 30 years of combined experience assisting with marketing, technical support, web development, and more. Who We Are Miriam has a background in business that includes everything from small business setup to bookkeeping to web development to marketing. She has an eye for usability and loves creating and editing content. Her attention to detail ensures that your site is as enjoyable to read and navigate as it is beautiful to look at. Jeff is a long-time programmer with years of experience building custom websites, maintaining high- traffic applications, and tailoring WordPress and e-commerce installations. He sees J&M Lab Consulting as his way of helping others who might benefit from the skillful application of technology to everyday business problems.
