The Elizabeth Layton Center is a not-for-profit Community Mental Health Center serving Franklin and Miami counties in Kansas. ELC has been providing affordable and easily accessible mental health services and programs for the citizens of Franklin county since 1958. ELC's mission is to provide timely, effective and comprehensive behavioral health services to improve quality of life and recovery for the citizens of Franklin and Miami Counties in partnership with individuals, families and our community. ELC currently has 4 locations within Franklin and Miami counties and employees over 150 people. ELC values compassionate staff and understands that employees are it's greatest asset. The Elizabeth Layton Center works tirelessly to end the stigma of mental illness.
