He has specialised in delivering professional advice to private clients and institutions on complex property matters. With a strategic mind, he is innovative with his approach to developing property and business. He works in partnership with highly qualified external advisors who are specialists in their own field. This brings the best people to the table for clients to increase the chances of success. Will’s passion is for progression and development for clients in a manner that is specific to their needs and land. He undertakes his own investments and developments, so he knows first hand how important results are to clients. Will was originally brought up and educated in North Yorkshire until he moved to County Durham in 2007, since then he has managed projects and strategic development across a number of estates across North Yorkshire, County Durham and Northumberland. In 2017 the decision was taken to advance his career on his own to deliver results based work for clients across North Yorkshire and County Durham in a manner that is personal to them and not corporate driven. Since the company was founded in 2017, it has moved from strength to strength. The company now has a team of three additional surveying consultants operating across the North of England and the South Coast. The team collectively brings expertise across a plethora of surveying disciplines with a total experience of over 80 years.
