CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Haryana, India has successfully launched its one of a kind, one-stop incubation centre for agri-startups named as “Agri Business Incubation Centre (ABIC)” for supporting startups in Agri, Allied and Agri-Biotech sectors supported by NABARD ABIC, CCSHAU intends to promote Agripreneurial Eco-system and nurture a system of agri-business incubation by providing incubation support and handholding innovative and highly potential agri-business ideas with the concept of growth through encouraging innovation, upgrading technology and developing skills. Objectives of ABIC CCSHAU are: • To develop university-entrepreneur/ industry linkages. • To provide platform to entrepreneurs/ industries/students for Research and Development in process/ product development to improve the quality of their product. • To provide infrastructure and technical expertise to entrepreneurs in different areas of agriculture and allied disciplines along with assistance in commercialization. • To incubate start-ups companies in establishing business, through consultancy, trainings, business advisory services and handholding to a level of stability and success.
