Bluetector is an agri-tech company that has developed a new, low-cost bioreactor to treat manure. The BlueBox Ultra was originally developed to treat the highly concentrated wastewater from portable toilet cabins. The world market leader in toilet cabins already relies on the Bluetector technology. Only later did we realize that this wastewater is almost identical to manure. Bluetector was founded in 2012 by David Din, a serial entrepreneur in the field of wastewater treatment. Bluetector AG is a privately owned company based in the Technopark Lucerne in Switzerland.
