Leadership MetroWest is respected nonprofit community leadership development organization serving the MetroWest region. Its signature program, the MW Leadership Academy, now beginning its 31st year, encourages and empowers 30 participants each year to be more informed, effective and engaged community and business leaders. By providing first-rate experiential Academy programs and powerful connections through alumni events on timely topics, LMW continues its long tradition of building leadership and promoting civic engagement and collaboration in MetroWest. There are 800 alumni having a positive impact and moving the region forward.
