The Journal serves as an organ of expression for those who have an interest in the studies of international law and commerce. The Journal actively seeks and accepts article submissions from scholars and practitioners in a wide range of subjects from the fields of public and private international law for our biannual publication. Also, each issue of the Journal proudly publishes two student-written notes chosen for publication by the Editorial Board.
